Product Description

The new 2011 Wilson Di11 Steel Irons are the most forgiving irons made by Wilson Staff. The aggressively-designed Di11 is the longest set of irons ever produced by Wilson Golf. The Mens 5-SW set consists of 7 irons: #5, #6, #7 ,#8 ,#9 irons, a pitching wedge and a sand wedge. Options available: Mens Left Hand - Uniflex (All clubs are 1" longer and 2 degrees upright), Right Mens Hand - Regular flex. The Wilson Staff Di11 Irons pull weight low and offers a higher ball flight. The ultra-wide sole is designed to enhance turf interaction. Weight is taken from the edge of the face and inside the cavity towards the heel to create a large, unsupported face. The urethane medallion from the Di9 was removed to pick up weight and substituted by a coating of lightweight elastomer used on the underside of bridges to reduce vibration from traffic. The Wilson Di11 Irons have a new, large sweetspot stretched across the entire face of the club which is larger than most irons to make them more forgiving. The sweetspot stretches to the toe area where most amateur mis-hits happen.
