Our Sweateronline - Made in UK - Limited Edition Concept Range brings together Unique Aran Designs in several amazing colours. From Scarves to Hats, to Arm-warmers all limited edition items are made using the finest 100% Merino Wool and manufactured using Quality Craftsmanship in the heart of England.
How it's Made
From our designer's hand-drawings of the scarf, our technician coverts the design into a computer program. All items are then knitted using a precision flat-bed knitting machinery.
After a piece has been knitted, it will be hand steamed in order to release the wool and bring the garment into shape. The piece will then be inspected throughout for any discrepancies.
Stage 2 takes it to the Make-up Department where the garment be hand-stitched using a Linking Machine. This is one of the most proven ways of putting an item together due to its lovely smooth finish. The items are then taken back for Hand Steam Pressing, thus making the scarf ready for packing and one more Quality Check. Only once approved, the quality garments are packaged up ready to provide style and warmth for its future owner.
