A: We normally dispatch orders within 3 working days.

Q - How many scratches will my laptop have?
A: Used = General wear & tear, may have minor dents & scratches in casing.
Refurbished = Minor wear and tear, overall condition of a high standard.

Q - If my laptop turns faulty and is under warranty, can I get it repaired myself?
A: If your laptop is under warranty, it has to come back to us to be looked at, repaired/replaced or refunded, if you take it upon yourself to repair it, we will not cover any costs incurred as the warranty is with us.

Q - If I need a replacement part instead of a replacement unit what do I do?
A: We will more than happily send replacement parts to you to save having to send the unit back for repair, however we will only do so upon receipt of the faulty part. (Buyer responsible for return postage fees of faulty part under RTB warranty agreement.)
