The 1946 British year set contains the complete nine coins all issued and dated from the year, namely: halfcrown, florin, Scottish and English shilling, sixpence (these five all struck in 50% silver), threepence, penny, halfpenny and farthing. All of the coins are in Fine (or better) condition. Our manufacturing process is a precision laser cutting method to create holes in which the coins can be inserted: thus holding securely in position without harming them. The item is new/mint and is housed in a quality, wooden picture frame with glass front.
